Invited to two interviews taking a total of 3 hours. Interviewers were not asking scrupulous questions: what is your day rate (already knew and were fishing for agency mark-up)? What would you do with my current problem (fishing for free ideas)? They made an offer then spent a month keeping the agency and i hanging on until withdrawing it on the basis they wanted to create an internal role. Lucky escape for me!
