Phone screen with recruiter, 1 hour plus long zoom interview with hiring manager and associate, next step would’ve have been in person interview with the team. Unfortunately there was no follow up after spending over an hour interviewing even though they stated they would not leave anyone uniformed as it’s “not how they do things”. Followed up with recruiter and did not hear back after they were very responsive in the beginning.
