Waste of time. I was selected for a first round with HR, that phone call mostly consisted of the recruiter raving about how great the company is and explaining the recruitment process. I was then led along for a few weeks as I was told multiple times that the team would reach out to me by the end of x week about the next interview but never did. Then eventually I was completely ghosted. If they treat candidates with so little respect imagine how they treat their employees.
Sent cv and heard back soon from hr, then did four other interviews before receiving an offer. During the interviews, I got questions about motivation, background and technical questions, no written task required

Entretien
The interview process is organized in three steps: a short introductory interview with HR; an interview focused on your background and experience, including a written test; and a more technical interview with senior team members.
