Two interviews. One with the person who posted the job and moved on to the second which was with the project manager for all intents and purposes. No design test and was immediately given an offer and when the job was to start. Loved how straight forward this interview process was.

I met with an agent who advised me on what I needed to provide. I was asked to create an elevator pitch for myself. It didn't feel like an interview, more of an introduction. They made me feel great and confident upon entering into an employer interview.
