the process consisted of three rounds of interviews. initially met with the recruiter, then team manager, followed by an interview with the district manager before getting an offer. all of the were virtual, but this was also during covid

Very basic interview process. They ask you in to the office once for a "get to know you" session, then have you shadow the workers, then they give you the job. They are really desperate for staffing managers so you basically just have to show up to get the job. My advice would be to negotiate up on the offer they give you as they can afford to pay you a lot more base salary than what the initial offer is.

There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.

Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
