J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Robert Half (Calgary, AB) en sept. 2022
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter for a contract position for a RH client; I sent my resume and had a couple of phone interviews with the same recruiter. We discussed my background, my skills etc. to see if I was a good fit for the position, I passed it. Then I had to fill quite a lot of paperwork AND provide multiple references in order for them to present to my profile to their client..they told me they were going to inform me if the client wanted to interview me, I was ghosted after that!! What was the point of filling so much paperwork and provide references (that they spent time contacting) for nothing? I guessed their client chose to interview/hire someone else..

Very easy. Nothing too complicated just go into the interview with confidence. Overall, I would go with a 01/10 in terms of how hard the interview was. I dont think there are many interviews that come as easy as that one did
