The first round interview was a phone call with a senior recruiter which is basically just them explaining the company and asking basic phone interview questions nothing crazy. I then had a video call with that same interviewer for about another 30 minutes so he could put a face to my name. Then the next day I had my second round interview online in a video chat with 3 women executives of the company. One being the vice president of the company. This at a glance might seem intimidating to some but it really wasn't. They were nice and just asked some more questions about why I picked their company and so on. The problem I have with this company so far is that it takes way too long to come to a decision if they want to hire you or not so be prepared for a long wait even after the interview for any response. 3 weeks have already passed for me FYI.
