* Phone Interview with Group Manager
* If that goes well, you are invited in for a interview
* When you arrive, they give you several forms to fill out before you talk to anyone. So be prepared and bring your SS card, DL, Reference names, phone #'s and addresses. etc., This way even if they don't hire you, they can use your job experience to learn who your prior managers were (they'll call them to pitch candidates), get any possible leads (any open positions that you may know about), then use you to fill a contract position as a candidate.
* Each interviewer rates you on the following which they call their AIP score:
- appearance - A=Professional, B=Clean, C=Too Casual
- Intelligence - 1=Very Sharp, 2=Sharp, 3=Not to bright
- Personality - 1=Ver personable, 2=Nice, 3=Cranky
* Once the paperwork is filled out, you are interviewed by the Group Supervisor, Group Manager, and District Manager. If they all agree, then an offer will be extended.
* You will be interrogated on your accounting knowledge, your cold calling skills, and what accounting positions (if any) you have held.
* In Management Resources they want MBA's, and will only accept lower if you show exceptional accounting knowledge and sales skills.
* High energy is very important.
* The interview process takes about 2 hours with paperwork, etc.
* After the interview they may make an offer on the spot, or if they have other candidates to interview, you'll be excused with a "we'll be in touch".
* They don't like people who will buck the system, so show that you are a strong team player.
