had a phone interview, and then they called me in for a face to face. I talked with the hiring manager and then was asked to meet with the office manager. that meeting was very weird. she didn't ask me any questions, but rather told me in a roundabout way that i was overqualified for the reception position and that i should submit my resume for another position and that she'd "put in a good word". I did and I'm still waiting to hear from someone.

Applied on line, and got called the same day. Ask to get interviewed the next day. Basic interview questions. At the end of the interview offered me internal position. Next couple days got second interview by hiring manager and site manager. It took another two days for result.

You fill out an online application and take tests online at home prior to face to face interview. Usually for administrative work its Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Typing, maybe 10-key, Data/Alpha numeric, filing, and grammar.
