I was called by a recruiter to interview for a position with Office Team. I was scheduled for a 1:1 interview. Met with the manager of the group, given a tour of the office, interviewed with the location manager, then introduced to employees in the office. A few days later, I was contacted with a job offer.

I was asked why I was looking to leave my current employer. I thought this was an odd question since they called me and I had not been looking to leave.

Entretien
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.

Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
The process was streamlined, friendly, and professional. They knew what they were looking for and were communicative with me throughout the process. I appreciated the transparency and the purposeful way interviewing was conducted.
