Phone call, Skype call 1:1 for 30 minutes, with 3 people (10 minutes each person). They are very pushing and want to know everything about you. They sound very fake as well. They are like those annoying car sellers. They ask a lot of questions about your other job interviews as they probably want to contact those companies and take the most information they can get from you.

Basic Questions nothing much, it's an employment company. no real personal hiring agent its just cycling through people constantly as well as jobs. not bad if you wanna get started but hopefully they're able to help a lot of people
