Recruiter phone screen -> call w hiring manager -> assignment / case -> revising the case -> final round
Got ghosted after final round, which I feel like is very telling/representative about the state of the org. Everyone I talked to said things like “it’s so great!! But …..” and generally communicated a lack of organization, constant turnover, and high leadership expectations. Also made it clear this was a “high achieving team that has Ivy League & Berkeley backgrounds” in the recruiter screen which I thought was just a bit odd and VERY telling about culture. I recommend prepping for 85% case questions in the interview and ~15% behavioral, which does not match what’s on their interview process website and had I known that I would have prepped very differently. The recruiter was nice and responsive and everyone I spoke with was friendly, but just generally felt disjointed and the lack of communication towards the end, especially after 3 rounds of interviews was a bummer.
Very informal first round which was fine. However, very abrupt end to the interview. Interviewer called late and it was supposed to be about 15 minute initial chat. At around 14 mins, interviewer asked an in depth question. I started answering and at 15 mins, i was cut off and call was ended. Felt unprofessional.
