Ghosts you for months and suddenly says you are selected for interview. Then the role advertised is different from the role they tell you about. Poor interviewing skills by TA and backswards behavior attitude.. frens warned me abt not trying anymore but my 1st positive interview w a good TA who left the company gave me hope that it might not be as bad. Gotta keep asking plenty of questions and the overall sense is they are trying to hide something.
