Process started really great, I met with the internal recruiter at Riot and seemed to have some good conversations, this got me through to the next stage which was with the hiring manager. This stage again went well and seemed very positive, I heard back soon after that I would be moving onto the next stage and meeting with a peer of the new role. This meeting happened and again went well, it felt very genuine and I got some good pointers and feedback. After this I heard nothing for a couple of weeks. I assumed I was unsuccessful but due to the positive feedback on the 2 interviews prior I reached out to the recruiter on email. I got an answer pretty quickly after reaching out and as I assumed I was unsuccessful. Overall the process was fine but as I had to chace for an update wether I had been successful or not I had a feeling of disappointment after it all.
