The interview process with Riot was really an experience. I had a good time overall with the people I've spoken with on the phone. What was rather disappointing was how their attitude changed drastically from friendly to condescending as they decided to not move forward with my application. I applied for an entry level position and after hearing the "No", I asked for feedback and suggestions of how I can learn and improve for the future. What I got back was "Thanks for the reply. I think a big thing with this is gaining more relevant experience in the work place for the types of roles you would like to pursue at Riot." with 'work place' italicized from the recruiter. So before you think about applying to Riot with just your passion and potential, go work somewhere else to gain tangible experience.
