I was scheduled for an initial phone interview. Excited about the potential opportunity, I made sure I researched the company and got familiar with their product, the game League of Legends. I took the time to prepare and was ready to knock the interview out of the ballpark, only to be disappointed that Riot Games was a no show. I followed up and emailed them in case there was some kind of miscommunication, but they never responded. I invested my time to prepare for the interview and was disappointed with how they handled the situation. I hope the organization can take this review as a constructive criticism and avoid future no shows out of respect for applicants.
