Started with a recruiter call where basic questions are asked to ensure that the candidate has a passion for the product. If successful the candidate would then have a behavioral which tracks for fit. Lastly there is a 4 person panel to assess various aspects of a candidates skillset.

Several interviews paced over 1-3 months, with HR conducting the first interview and guiding you along the way if you pass each step. Interviews for company culture fit, role-specific panels, and talks with team members all happened.
