I applied via the website and was contacted for a phone interview during a slot within the following 3-4 days. My interview started late and was surprisingly nerve-wracking considering the Collegiate spot had the most casual application (I didn't think it would be as competitive as more popular ones like eSports). The interviewer was kind and organized, but it was kind of unprofessional when they used swear words.
