J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Riot Games (Boston, MA) en nov. 2015
Entretien
Had to fill out an application which included a portfolio about past experiences. I received an email from an HR rep to set up skype interview with someone from the team. The skype interview was a 1 on 1. The interviewer asked me general about me questions and then some math interview questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Several math questions that had to be solved. Also general about me questions
3 phone interviews and a super day (5 interviews, including lunch). Be prepared to answer some technical questions about the role you're applying for. They really expect you to know your stuff. Questions vary between your experience, and how you'd react in certain situations, as well as case studies. Feels casual, but they definitely have a list of questions in front of them that you need to answer impressively. They didn't take much time to get to know me - each interviewer went straight into the questions. Make sure you're prepared and in a quiet environment!

The interview took place over four rounds: two over Skype, one on-site, and one final Skype call with a member of the leadership. The questions asked were a mix of technical, fit, and competency. I was asked to elaborate on my background as it related to the position, talk about what I can add to the company during the internship, and what I hoped to take away from it.
Overall, the communication throughout the process was very smooth and professional. Everyone that I talked to were very friendly, with the exception of the interviewers during some of the "high pressure" interviews, but that's to be expected. It took a total of two months; the Skype interviews were 45 minutes each, and the onsite took an entire day.
If you want to succeed in this process, you need to understand that cultural fit is very important to the company. Riot values teamwork, communication, and a passion for LoL that translates into motivation to make the game better. You need to display this passion in your application and your interviews.
