The interview process was carried out in a very professional way. I had two interviews via Skype; the first with a recruiter, and the second with a member of the Publications area. I felt both interviews were meant to assess whether I had the "Riot Games culture", which by the end it turned out I did not. There was a third chat via Skype with the intention of giving me a personal feedback, which I appreciated a lot. One thing that surprised me in this process was the fact that the second person that interviewed me felt I had all the right answers for his questions, which for them was something not so good. Overall, it was a good experience.
