Straightforward process. After applying, I received an immediate request to have video recorded questions answered. Next, I spoke with a representative for a screening interview (mostly for interview times, working availability, etc.). Finally, in-person interview with 2 managers.

The interview itself went smoothly and professionally.
Questions were clear and relevant.
Cons
The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
