The interview process was short and had no parts that are wasted time. Initial screening call, tech interview, challenge, and then the final offer. It was pretty much just to the point. The challenge is great because it’s a real world issue as opposed to solving a random algorithm

Fill in the entrance form and then three phase interview. Interview with higher level management cascading to the lower level.
followed by technical and management interviews then human resource.
Finally salary discussion and all.
