Easy, fast and friendly, Emailed to see if I was interested in learning more about the role. Interviewed with the Hiring Manager and within a few days, was sent an offer and accepted. The whole process took about 2 weeks in total. From Email to start date.

Contract worker employed through Randstad.
Randstad interview process was all virtual. I had an interview screening, and then a second interview to prepare me for the interview with the company I would be contacted with.

Describe a time when you had to handle a difficult situation with a candidate or hiring manager. How did you manage it and what was the outcome?
Two interviews total, very straightforward. First with Randstad recruiter then final meeting with hiring manager/client. Nothing too crazy. All carried out virtually. Both interviews felt more conversational and were clear with their expectations
