I had a phone screen and 3 interviews including a working in person interview. I was verbally told the last interview was a formality and an offer was imminent. The recruiter and director specified they had an immediate local need. They mislead me and hired another candidate they already had in mind. They used me to evaluate someone else and had no intention of hiring me with a healthcare background.
