Phone interview, testing, and two in person interviews. The phone interview was far more in depth than most. The testing was similar to fun logic games and personality indicators. I actually would have done them for entertainment value under other circumstances. The interview was enjoyable, however there were a lot of acronyms being thrown around and some were similar to other industries I had been in, so I had to question which they were using. That made me feel a little less confident than I usually do in an interview.
