Entretien
The process included a phone interview with a recruiter with general questions about my strengths and experiences then one Facetime interview with the Head Merchant talking more about my experiences and why Rally House.
It was a video call & both the interviewers seemed annoyed & overwhelmed with asking questions. Very basic questions were asked about using excel, how do you work in an office setting, etc.

I mentioned I liked the outdoors. He asked me how I would sit at a computer & desk for 8 hours a day.

Entretien
Initial interview was scheduled with district managers and a follow-up was promptly scheduled later the same day. The second interview was with the buying team. The only negative part of this process was the conclusion. Despite reaching out after hearing nothing for 3 weeks (I was informed I would receive a response within 1-2), my e-mail and phone call to HR was subsequently ignored and I was never informed that I would not receive an offer. Ghosting is disrespectful to applicant and paints the company in a poor light. Very disappointed with this process.

Entretien
I interviewed once with the head merchandiser at another with the department I worked in. Both interviews were via Zoom and took approximately 30 minutes. The first interviewers seemed pretty uninterested in interviewing me and were distracted the entire time. The questions they asked were generalized.
