Entretien
The interview process is very straightforward at RBC, especially RBC Caribbean, Once you are shortlisted, you will be contacted to take part in a panel interview with 2 or more interviewers. There is currently no technical assessment, but this may be implemented in the near future. As such, making a good impression on the panel interview makes you more likely to get the job.

What is the reason for the shadow DOM in front-end frameworks like React?
The Hiring manager was late by 15 mins for a 30 mins call.
Overall the call went well but they were looking for someone who could do everything from GUI to API to database testing.
