Was approached by a recruiter while I was passively looking. Had 2 rounds where interviewers gave feedback that I checked all the boxes they were looking for, but then no response from the recruiter. Ghosting candidates is a sure-shot way of ensuring that you will never get to work with that candidate ever again.
I don’t think the interview process was very effective. The hiring manager appeared to lack sufficient hiring experience, and the questions asked did not seem well aligned with evaluating the best candidates for the role.
Online application followed by HR screening, followed by interview with hiring manager, followed by interview with executive/vice president (manager of hiring manager). Mix of general questions, behavioral questions, and opportunities to ask interviewer questions as well
