I applied on the RBC Workday website and they scheduled a 45 minute online interview. The interview was smooth, straightforward questions from resume and work experience and little bit about the technology on which work was done.

One easy online coding assessment (around 4 questions), then an interview with potential managers for the role. The interview was mostly behavioural, with a few technical questions. No coding interview.

I applied for the position and was given a CodeSignal assessment as part of the application process. I attempted the test and successfully solved 3 out of 4 questions. However, despite my efforts, I did not receive an interview invitation to proceed to the final round.

Got a coding assessment first, after week or so got an interview mail. overall, Interview was behavioral, there were some questions on my projects, though. Interviewer were chill and we were having a normal conversation.
