Standard process. Screened by phone by internal recruiter, then met face to face with hiring manager. Mostly behavioral interview questions and thorough discussion of job history and experience. I prepared using an interview software program so I felt pretty comfortable, but general interviewing strategies would have been fine for this interview as well. Nice company, nice people.
