the phone interview lasted 30 mins. It asked some general questions about what is your weakness etc. Then she ask me how to value my skills level from 1 to 10 according to the job descriptions.
The interview process was exceptionally seamless and conducted in a warm and approachable manner. Utilizing Zoom Meetings added to the convenience factor. Notably, in Canada, a prevalent concern revolves around the prioritization between Permanent Residents and Citizens, adding depth to the discussion.
