I first applied online thought the rbc web, after a few days, I received an email for a personality test. Then a couple days, got a call scheduled the tele interview. The next day of tele, I went for the face to face interview. When I was informed I got the offer, I did the background check.
Other questions are some behavior questions and basic interview questions like what is your weakness, why you leave your last position.
Actually after the telephone interview, i asked the interviewer that when I may have the next round, he told me that how about tomorrow. So I is worth to ask.

Entretien
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
