It was a group session, where we were given a case study to tackle in group. Very interactive and creative as well. It has 6 panel judges and 5 people to be interviewed. We had 3 case study that had to do with critical listening, communication and team work.

4 step process. First they review your application. Then they send you an online assessment to gauge your personality. This is followed by an Online one-way interview where you can record your responses. Finally, there's a panel interview with some other candidates present.
