I got two interviews. One over the telephone and one in-person. The interview wasn't difficult. It was more informative i should say. I was asked to give an example when i displayed team leadership and also how can i apply my previous work experience to this position.

The interview process was smooth. The manager first asked you a few questions about your experiences, and they explained the job duty. Then there were several behavioural questions if you agreed to proceed.
