Entretien
Combination of peer behavioural interviews, with executive one on one interviews. The behavioural interviews were very standard and unimaginative. The people were however very welcoming and easy going - you are put at ease almost right away. Despite being quite standard, it is fairly easy to use the interview questions as a conversation. You are also welcome to ask questions - the staff are not taken aback by this and it is encouraged. A take home case was also used but not reviewed.

Describe times you showed leadership, failed, succeeded
Had a meeting with the person in charge of recruiting. Was told I would be meeting with the hiring manager and was never contacted again despite following up. The questions during the first interview were very basic, information gathering type questions.

submit online, then got an interview from HR. The HR said the next round is to meet with the manager but she never came back to me on this. I haven't follow up with HR on this matter as it doesn't sound like she wants to talk much on the next step.

The interview process was good and inquisitive. Very positive experience. The company was responsive and eager to get the process moving. The company was professional and very helpful throughout the whole recruitment process.
