Multi tiered interview process beginning with an online application and assessment including an essay component. Next there was an on demand video interview where you responded to questions over time limited video clips. Final round was a group panel interview with group activities and partner work, over seen by multiple senior managers. There was a competitive atmosphere and lots of support
4 step process. First they review your application. Then they send you an online assessment to gauge your personality. This is followed by an Online one-way interview where you can record your responses. Finally, there's a panel interview with some other candidates present.

After resume screening , they sent you an online assessment to test your memory and evaluate your personality. After that, there was a video interview asking you behavior questions. Finally, there was a group interview with other candidates.

First online assessment, and then self-paced interview, and then video interview, the last one is group interview (about 25 people and everyone has 30 seconds to persent for each section). It takes about 1 month.
