one round with HR and another with hiring manger - pretty simple, and why RBC, why should we hire you, how can you contribute differently than other candidates, what are your expectations in salary, what if you do not get any support in implementing your ideas

Entretien
The interview process was well defined and the HR was reachable to schedule the interviews however they didn't provide proper feedback and reposted the job again. It looks like they are posting a same role again and again and never making a decision.
The interview lasted 30 minutes. The sr scrum master asked scrum based questions. There was a technical team member that was asking technical questions that were not related to scrum.

I had four interviews in total. The first phone call came from HR , next interview was with one of the Teams and then the other Team in Vancouver and the last interview was with the Director
