I was contacted by HR via LinkedIn. After reviewing the Position and Candidate brief I decided I was interested in the role and proceeded to a phone screen interview by HR, followed by a virtual meeting with the hiring manager, then and in person interview with the hiring manager and their boss. I was asked to complete an assignment as well.

What industry do you believe undergoes similar challenges?
I don’t think the interview process was very effective. The hiring manager appeared to lack sufficient hiring experience, and the questions asked did not seem well aligned with evaluating the best candidates for the role.
Online application followed by HR screening, followed by interview with hiring manager, followed by interview with executive/vice president (manager of hiring manager). Mix of general questions, behavioral questions, and opportunities to ask interviewer questions as well
