One easy online coding assessment (around 4 questions), then an interview with potential managers for the role. The interview was mostly behavioural, with a few technical questions. No coding interview.

The interview process only involved a phone interview which was around 30 minutes long. The interview focused mainly on behavioural questions, but there were a couple technical questions as well. After that there was a background check.

They asked about object oriented programming principles, and giving examples of behavioural problem solving scenarios such as how you dealt with conflict.

I applied for the position and was given a CodeSignal assessment as part of the application process. I attempted the test and successfully solved 3 out of 4 questions. However, despite my efforts, I did not receive an interview invitation to proceed to the final round.
