Phone interview at first and two more with managers. easy interview. First one on the phone is to validate the information on the CV and make you sure you speak both languages (French and English), you don't have to be fluent at both, one of them at least. .. 1:1 interview with managers, basic interview questions, sales and customer service experience are a pros. Bachelor degree in business administration or finance is perfect for the job.

In person meeting at the branch with two managers. They are nice by the way. Overall great experience. I’m internal upgrade. You will be asked behaviour questions and if you are experienced advisor will be no problem.
first it's remote HR call and then interviewed with hiring manager. Not too hard, just regular questions.... be positive and prepared. will be asked why this company? why this position
Easy, friendly, pretty basic questions. Some knowledge questions and some situation based questions. The hiring manager was friendly but gave very little feedback during the process. Heard back the next day.
