Interview was a personal 1 on 1 interview at RBC's head office in downtown Toronto. Interviewer basically went over my resume, and asked some details about my previous work experience. Then went on to explain the technologies used by RBC, that I would interact with in the offered role as a Co-op software developer.

Tell me about a time you used leadership in your previous jobs.
it was a recruiter interview, with 30 mins of behavioural q's. some logistical questions it was very easy i have not done tech interview yet. role was for software developer.
Team meeting, Then you will split off into a private room with 2 senior devs. They will ask you about your experience and projects. Then 1 system design question, 3 leet code questions

it waw The interview process consisted of an initial resume screening, followed by a technical interview focused on problem solving and coding fundamentals, and a final behavioral discussion assessing communication skills, teamwork, and overall fit with the role and company.
