Recruiter submitted resume. Had phone interview. Went over resume. Then had 2 hours personal interview with 4 people. None of them show up on time. 1st guy come 15 minutes late. He ask question about current project architecture and why you used those technologies.
2nd guy did not show up. 3 person show up late. He had no idea for what role he was taking interview for. Never had looks at me. Asked some random question about java and went away within 10 min. Very bad experience . Never seen unprofessional people.
