Was scoped out on LinkedIn, recruiter followed up quickly and had phone interview first with recruiter, another phone interview with a director, then interview with VP. Met with recruiter in person before meeting with VP. After all was complete, recruiter wouldn't respond to emails or even tell me I didn't get the job.
I don’t think the interview process was very effective. The hiring manager appeared to lack sufficient hiring experience, and the questions asked did not seem well aligned with evaluating the best candidates for the role.
Online application followed by HR screening, followed by interview with hiring manager, followed by interview with executive/vice president (manager of hiring manager). Mix of general questions, behavioral questions, and opportunities to ask interviewer questions as well
