I did the online assessment first, then about a month and a half later did a day of interviewing with a behavioral interview and case (each lasting 45 minutes). Behavioral was simple questions about what interests me about consulting at an accounting firm, and case involved a CRM acquiring a communications startup.

Consisted of 2 interviews - One with a manager and one with an MD. The interview with the manager was both behavioral and technical consisting of a case study. The one with the MD was purely behavioral.
