Entretien
Online application (online form, numerical and logical tests, and personality test questions), telephone interview (four- part questions including business acumen, global acumen, relationship and whole leadership), assessment centre and final interview. There are three parts in the assessment centre day including group or personal exercise, written exercise, and numerical & logical tests.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. Gave answers as options to pick from.
Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
