The Assessment Center was composed of a presentation, group discussion, email writing and an HR interview at the end. In the beginning, I got reports and articles that I had 10 minutes to prepare and write an email about to my manager, answering questions. After that, I presented that in front of an HR person, had the interview and group discussion in presence of another HR person.

Why PwC? Why the specific role? What an ordinary week will look like? What will you enjoy the most?
Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.

How do you cope with trikcy situations? Clients aren't always easy
My interview process was a total of 3 rounds. The first and last round was mostly behavioral questions, and the 2nd round had some casing aspects / scenario based prompts.

They asked me to speak towards my leadership initiative and also gave me a case question that had some targeted follow-up questions.

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved
