Entretien
The interview process was very laid back. The partner interviews you once, and you also interview with an associate or manager within the firm. They ask you some technical questions, but a lot of it is to see if you are a cultural fit with the firm. Overall I felt very comfortable speaking to the partners, and it was a positive interviewing experience
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. Gave answers as options to pick from.
Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
