Vorstellung des Lebenslaufes und bereits gesammelte fachliche Erfahrungen. Das Gespräch war überwiegend auf die soziale Komponenten ausgelegt, um zu sehen, ob das Team zusammenpasst. Das Gespräch fand mit zwei Partnern aus dem fachlichen Bereich statt.

one normal interview online with one person, then a technical interview where they gave you a laptop and had to complete their exercise and explain your thought process, and a last in person interview with the head

Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
