Entretien
I interviewed to be a software developer, so my experience is a bit different than most who apply to work at any of the Big 4 firms.
That being said, it started off like normal with an on-campus interview - all behavioral questions (no technical). After performing well in that interview, I was offered to fly out to the office at which point they wined and dined me pretty well. They put all of the interviewees up at an extremely nice hotel and sent snacks to our room before giving an incredible and incredibly expensive dinner. The next day, I had 3 on-site interviews, only one of which I was asked anything close to a technical question. It was extremely easy.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
