Interview process went well, the HR department is friendly. Was not a stressful interview, it went over all well. Very good firm and good HR process. Was invited to do an online test that tested my analytical skills.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
The first interview was the initial screening call, followed by technical and behavioral interviews assessing skills, experience, and problem solving. Final round focuses on team fit, communication, and role expectations before decision.
